Brent Franklin
President
Brent has logged over 25 years of lock and security industry experience and is President of Unlimited Technology. He is self taught in the areas of locksmith and electronic security. He attended Delaware County Community College, concentrating on a degree in Criminal Justice at the same time spent 16 years as a firefighter and EMT. Brent began developing his career path by managing and designing life safety and security systems for Shared Medical Systems (now Siemens Medical) of Malvern, PA. He managed the physical security as well as the first access system (Rusco) installed in the region under his direction. He then pursued the physical side by becoming a locksmith and started hands on with electronics while maintaining his status as a Certified Registered Locksmith (CRL-ALOA). 1989 marked the inception of Unlimited Lock and Emergency Lighting, the predecessor to Unlimited Technology. In 1999, Unlimited Technology was incorporated in response to the growing demands of the electronic business. His leadership and vision have helped to create a company which holds an excellent reputation for delivering quality in every aspect of business. Brent perpetually has his eye on new technology, emerging trends in security and unique opportunities which benefit the company and its growing customer base.

Ian Francisco
Chief Executive Officer
Ian has been nationally and internationally known in the field of electronic security for over 21 years. His expertise in developing and integrating technologies and deploying specialty projects has been used in developing industry standards. His diverse customer base includes, the government of Puerto Rico, the Department of Defense, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Aviation Administration, multiple branches of military, numerous airports, countless correctional facilities, critical infrastructure including water treatment and power generation, correctional facilities and state and local government agencies. Ian’s ability to draw from a vast pool of technology resources enables him to develop custom, innovative solutions to satisfy complex security needs. Ian’s educational background consists of Electrical Engineering and numerous industry accreditations, manufacturer certifications, and contractor licenses.

John Palumbo
Vice President of Sales
John is Vice President of Sales at Unlimited Technology and has more than 17 years in construction and security fields. His expertise stretches into various verticals in the industry to include government, Industrial, Commercial, Educational and has vast knowledge with union work. John’s educational background consists of Engineering and has a degree in Electrical Engineering, and has extensive experience with many electrical contractors. John’s past work experience includes Construction and Real Estate Project Management for over 10 years with a Fortune 500 company overseeing more than 5 million square feet of construction. Leaving that market, John has managed construction and complex Security projects within the Security industry to include some of the most exclusive clients in Manhattan. He has been very successful in the security arena and prides himself on a precise level of detail to the customer’s satisfaction. John Palumbo is known among his peers as one of the top ranked security sales executives in the region.

Lucia Capriotti
Business Director
Lucia joined the senior management team at Unlimited Technology in September of 2003 bringing with her 7 years of Security Industry experience. She is intrinsically familiar with the security industry and needs of Unlimited Technology’s customers. Lucia brings solid business experience from companies such as IBM, Kraft Foods and Siemens Building Technologies. As Unlimited Technology’s Business Director she is responsible for the day to day management of the accounting staff, purchasing dept, inventory and warehouse as well as human resources. With over 15 years of contract management and job costing, Lucia ensures customers that their account will be handled with excellence and expertise.

Charles VonStetten
Operations Director
Charlie has over 20 years experience in construction and management in a diverse range of industries. He is a hands-on manager who has managed and/or participated in project management, field service operations, software and hardware implementation, purchasing and sales management. Company affiliations include HBC, Twelve Strike Data Systems, KHM LLC and Plaza Lanes Inc. As operations manager for UTI, Charlie’s responsibilities include the supervision and coordination of the project management, IT, engineering, installation, and service departments. He believes that the most important part of management is selecting and nurturing the right people for the right job and helping them gain the skills they need to rapidly advance, matching specific skill sets to positions that ultimately delivers value to our customers.
